  • Where do you ship plants?
    We currently ship plants to the Anatolian side of Istanbul, with the exception of the Prince's Islands.
  • What is the processing time for local deliveries of plants in Istanbul?
    Orders of plants will be delivered to you within 1-2 business days. If you wish to schedule a specific delivery date and time, please email us at hello@rootsyeldegirmeni.com to make arrangements.
  • What if my order is a gift?
    On our cart page you will find an option to add a gift note.
  • Can I get same day delivery?
    We do not offer same day delivery for online orders at this time. You can visit our plant shop & atelier in Yeldeğirmeni, which houses a curated selection of houseplants and handmade ceramics from local potters.
  • Where do you ship ceramics planters and accessories?
    We ship a selection of handmade ceramic planters and accessories across Turkey.
  • What are your shipping rates?
    A delivery fee is applied at checkout based on location. No fees are applied when you choose the option "in-store pick-up" at checkout. A shipping & handling fee of 45 TL is applied to orders of ceramics and accessories across Turkey.
  • What shipping carriers do you use to ship ceramics across Turkey?
    All orders outside of Istanbul are usually shipped via Aras Kargo or Yurtiçi Kargo.
  • When can I expect my order?
    If you live outside of Istanbul, you can expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days. You will receive tracking information once your package has been shipped.
  • How can I contact you about my order?
    In case you don't find an answer to your question in this section, please email us with your order number and the full name that was used to place the order at hello@rootsyeldegirmeni.com. We will respond to you within 1 business day.
  • What is your return policy for live plants?
    As live plants and potted plants have been specially curated for you, we do not accept returns.
  • What is your return policy for ceramics?
    We do our best to package our ceramics planters beautifully, but these items remain fragile and the shipping process is not always kind. In the event that you would receive a damaged ceramic planter due to shipping carrier mishandling, please take a photo and email us at hello@rootsyeldegirmeni.com with your order number, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Why does my plant or planter look different from the one on the website?
    Live plants and handmade pottery will carry variations in shape, colour, texture, and finish. There may be subtle differences between the plant or pottery you receive and the one displayed on our website.
  • Do you have a store?
    We have a plant shop & atelier, open 7 days a week, in Yeldeğirmeni. We carry a wide selection of tropical plants, rare plants, air plants, cacti and succulents, and an inventory of handmade ceramics and accessories. Come and say hello!
  • How do I change my address or payment method?
    Please log into your account on our website to make these changes. If you wish to change the address on an order which has already been processed, please email us with your order details and the changes you wish to make at hello@rootsyeldegirmeni.com.
