Plants

 

The safety of our employees and our community remains a priority for us during this time. Our current order processing time is 2 to 3 days.

We offer local deliveries of plants to the Asian side of Istanbul, with the exception of the Prince's Islands. Orders of plants will be delivered to you within 2 to 3 business days via private courier. If you wish to schedule a specific delivery date and time, please write a detailed note at checkout. There is a 20 TL delivery fee on local plant deliveries.

 

We also offer a safe pickup option at our plant shop & atelier in Yeldeğirmeni from 11 am to 7 pm from Monday to Sunday or by appointment. Please note your order confirmation number for in-store pick-up.

As live plants and potted plants have been specially curated for you, we do not accept returns.

Ceramic planters and accessories

We ship a selection of handmade ceramic planters and accessories across Turkey. Shipping times may vary between 3 to 7 business days. There is a 20 TL handling & shipping fee.

We do our best to package our ceramics planters carefully, but these items remain fragile and the shipping process is not always kind. In the event that you would receive a damaged ceramic planter due to shipping carrier mishandling, please take a photo and email us at hello@rootsyeldegirmeni.com with your order number, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
